A tasty, meditative workshop where we explore the potential of of Reishi, Lions Mane, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Tremella, Maitake and other superstar mushrooms for their role in supporting the human experience.

We will explore brain fog, remembering why we just walked into a room (?) immune support, creativity, and so much more during this experience.

During this workshop you will also have the opportunity to drink and enjoy many of these tasty teas and also experience heirloom chocolate.
